At Connecting the Community, we believe in the power of mentors to create positive and lasting impacts on elementary students. Our community mentors are passionate volunteers who generously share their knowledge, experience, and time to support our local students. Through meaningful relationships and open dialogue, these mentors foster an environment of growth, empowerment, and inclusivity, strengthening the bonds that tie our community together. Together, we strive to build a brighter, more connected future, one mentorship at a time.

Mentors are an invaluable way to help a child. Reading and listening are two very key components to being a part of a student's journey. We welcome anyone that is interested in committing 20 mins per week to support a student of a local elementary school.
